Your lesson will be broken up into three parts of a 2 hours session.The first half you will be taught ocean safety and awareness, paddling, standing techniques and how waves form. You will learn the fundamentals on the shore and then your professional instructor will bring you to hit the waters to glide down your first wave in Costa Rica's warm waters for the rest of your time!
